Ray managed my case very effectively. He knew exactly how far to push opposing counsel. He was able to do so reasonably and without being antagonistic. Ray was methodical and disciplined. He was also great to work with. He was available to talk at anytime, which really reduced the stress of bein...g party to an adversarial pre-litigation dispute. Ray was professional throughout the process. I would highly recommend Ray Mak for any employment or labor dispute a client might have. Several years ago, Ray was selected as outside counsel by a former employer's insurance carrier to assist me with a harassment claim. These are all attributes in-house counsel seek when engaging external counsel. These are part of Ray's DNA. Simply put, he is one of the finest I've had the pleasure of working with.
