Before Michelle, I could not see my way out of receiving my degree. After all the school put me through I felt so helpless. I explained to Michelle my situation and I was scared that she wouldn't take my case or either assist me with my problem on receiving my bachelor's degree. Time went by and I r...eceived a phone call that I had nothing to worry about show up at Michelle's office. I was terrified I thought she was going to sit me down and tell me that I lost my case, but that wasn't it at all. She told me everything was take care of, and to go to the school and ask for a specific person and they would give me an envelope. With my stinking thinking, I thought that it was a bill for my 8 years of school. Also thinking about what do I do what would be my next step, my next avenue, my next venture. Michelle had a smile on her face, she said you don't have to be any longer everything is taken care of you owe nothing. Hands down I would recommend her for the worst school financial situation. God loves her and so do I. Ms. D

Michelle was honestly a blessing. She was consistent throughout my entire experience with her and laid out several different options that would be possible for my personal situation. Being young, I was confused by a few things and she was more than willing to take the extra time to really break thing...s down for me. Thank you Michelle!!
