Miss Russeck is by far the best attorney I have ever worked with, her attention to detail and devotion to my case far exceeded my expectations. First of all she let me sit in jail for five days when i told her i was not gonna make it to one of my court dates.For my D.U.I and i have a CDL license and i made that clear to her so she enrolls me in a program that does not help CDL drivers so either she didnt know that or she screwed me over.And ...I spoke to a different attorney and he told me she clearly overcharged me for a service that did not benefit me.And when i ask about it what was wrong she even tried lying to me,and she told me she did not know that i had a CDL when its clearly all over my paper work.I feel as though she got over on me because she thought i was an incompetent younger kid.

@ the moment, I should be sitting in a jail cell. I was convicted for dealing a significant quanity of narcotics & was sentenced to serve House Arrest. In addition to this I was already on probation for a similar charge. While on house arrest I violated the strict guidelines & sanctions. Out of fear ...of being put in prison I dodged both my probation officer & the courts. I was just represented by Tobi on Tuesday. This was my 3rd court date and everything that was promised to me was done.. Ms. Russeck got me released from cfcf while pending a open case on special probation. I was just about the only one on the block to be released and it was solely due to my legal rep...resentation. She is smart , intelligent and knows what she's doing.. she knew more about my case then I did and in about 3minutes I was convinced she would be my lawyer. Her name rings bells n she's a very young woman for such a reputable lawyer. I basically got off Scott free and I'm not the type to have luck so I need a lawyer like Tobi.

Tobi was hired to handle a very messy case for a family member that consisted of multiple DUI's, Possession, and 2 Failure to Appear charges. Unfortunately we had originally hired one of Philadelphia's so called "Best" Attorney's to defend her and ended up with an even bigger mess and over 10K down t...he drain. Tobi was called in as a last ditch effort to save my cousin from going to jail due to the FTA's after her prior attorney somehow forgot to tell her about a change in her sentencing date. How I wish we would have gone with her from the beginning, it would have saved us a few sleepless nights, and hours of time in phone calls that never were returned with our other Attorney.
