Tsui Yee is a very experienced lawyer who worked on my O-1B visa in 2019. In our first consultation meeting, Ms. Yee meticulously looked at my resume and asked me pertinent questions about my career as a journalist, to then give me a comprehensive explanation of my possibilities and explain how my ap...plication could be improved. She has a clear understanding of immigration law unlike other lawyers I consulted (others had to google responses to very obvious questions), and she is always very updated on how the legal system works under the current administration. Attorney Tsui Yee helped me gain permanent residency after a slew of bad decisions which resulted in a 212(a)(6)(C)(i)(I). After consulting with many law firms of all sizes and with varying fees in the New York State area, we decided to retain Tsui Yee Immigration.
