Tsui helped my Canadian wife and I obtain her green card. She was very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the process, prepared all the paperwork for us and helped us prep for the interview. Tsui is the best immigration lawyer in my opinion if you're looking for someone who is professional, thorough, honest and straightforward. Thanks to Tsui Yee, I obtained my O-1B ‘extraordinary ability’ visa. I was laid off in June by my employer due to Covid 19. As the only breadwinner in my family, this was an incredibly stressful situation, and I was faced with the possibility of having to leave the U.S. and giving up on my dream of ...furthering my career in the architecture industry. Back in Portugal, there aren’t that many opportunities to go far because of the economy. Once I had my consultation with Tsui, she immediately started strategizing on how we could formulate a solution that would allow my family and I to stay in the U.S. Because I was in my sixth year on my H-1B work visa, and there were mistakes made by my former employer attorney, who was handling my employment based green card application, I could not extend my H-1B visa even if I had a new job offer. I should have written this review a few months ago, but got really busy with work and Covid-19 changes. Tsui helped me with my family based immigration process. She is very knowledgeable, caring and professional attorney you can ever find in NYC. She charges reasonable fee and provides you with quali...ty services. I started to prepare for family-based immigration in early 2018 and got frustrated after seeing a few immigration attorneys. They were either unorganized or unprofessional. Some of them charge unreasonable fees. Eventually I found Tsui on Google. I left a message on her webpage and got response pretty soon. We had an initial meeting at Tsui’s office and had a very smooth conversation. I noticed a few things about Tsui during that meeting which led me have her as my immigration lawyer: 1) Tsui is a very good listener and always ask good questions. When I talked about my story and my requests, Tsui listened carefully and took good notes. She asked follow-up questions when she needed clarifications. 2) Tsui was well prepared. She was knowledgeable regarding the petition process, and was able to answer all of my questions about the application, required documentation and interview. 3) Tsui treats her clients with professional care and is very empathetic about client’s situations. She cared about my background and provided professional perspectives. The immigration process was very long and exhausting, but Tsui’s knowledge and experience made my life a lot easier. Whenever I emailed her about some questions I had, she always responded within a reasonable time. Tsui and her associates prepared my paperwork with efficiency and high quality. When I got busy with work and couldn’t keep track of things, she reminded me of what documents I needed to prepare so she could help me with the next steps or when is the next important date for meeting/appointment/interview. She provided good suggestions regarding interview preparation and went through the documents with me in detail. I felt a lot more confident after the prep meeting with her.
