When I first contacted Wildes & Weinberg for a consultation in October 2020, I was very nervous because I knew my case was not going to be the easiest to explain or understand, due to the fact that I gained conditional residence through marriage my spouse at the time was overseas in the military it w...as a very difficult time that eventually led to a divorce, because of this I didn’t know who to turn to when it came to my status and how this would affect me being in the U.S. Wilde’s and Weinberg gave me honest feedback and did not leave out any possibilities of my case being denied or approved but they assured me that they would be able to take on my case and do everything they possibly could to help me with this overwhelming process. He submitted a I-751 waiver that was not easy especially during the pandemic which delayed everything. Tudor continuously gave me assurance that we were moving in the right direction no matter what the outcome could be. April 2022, my USCIS interview was scheduled to remove conditions of my green card. Tudor set up a meeting with me before hand to go over my case and made sure I knew exactly what to expect going into the interview. This was a huge benefit because I felt confident and was fully prepared. All In all this long road has come to an end that I can proudly say it was all worth it I now hold a 10 year permanent resident card in my hand, because of Tudor my case was reviewed and APPROVED!!!

And finally I got my green card for myself and my family. My case supposed to be very simple and easy based on category E36 Alien who is a skilled worker through my employer. and because I have asylum case in the immigration court and I am on the TPS things get very complicated and I ended up gettin...g my first USCIS denial after my first interview. Mr. Neagu was able to make USCIS re-reopen the case. then I got my second USCIS denial. and he was able to make USCIS re-open the case again. in both denials, he was succeeded to proof USCIS decisions were wrong. And finally, after second interview I was granted the Green Card. I cannot describe how much I appreciate his help and support in getting my case successfully ended. He always replied to my emails in a very timely manner and with enough details to patiently explain to me his views. I never frlt rushed or unheard. When my case got resolved he still answered some additional questions I had about a related topic and provided me with a letter to immigration explaining that related topic so I could use in my future interaction with them.
