We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this firm after our small business was affected by the pandemic. We own multiple restaurants that were shut down during COVID and simply ran out of money. We thought it was a blessing at first dealing with Gary and Matt Weisberg but soon realized the ...nightmare we got ourselves into. Out of desperation for our claims we signed a 50 percent contingency agreement. Not a problem. We understood the risk and situation. But when you are promised an experienced attorney and a well-staffed firm to handle your various complex litigations, you feel a bit scammed when all you get is led in circles. Hiring Gary and Weisberg Law has been almost as stressful as losing our businesses. They are rude, understaffed, and simply out for quick easy settlements so they can cash in. They want to expend the least amount of energy on your case to easily cash in on your misfortune. They act as though once they are hired, they are beyond reproach. They switch to being responsive and attentive during the engagement signing phase and then you don’t hear from them for weeks. You might get a random frantic email or call once a deadline is minutes away to recap you already told some other attorney who apparently was just a salesman to land your case. What a racket and something you’d expect from an ambulance chasing - loud arrogant injury attorney from a late-night commercial. Run far away from Weisberg's racket.

I engaged this attorney to handle a small-claims case for me where I was the plaintiff. The day before the court date, he informed me that he was handing the case off to his associate for trial. The associate appeared in court totally unfamiliar with the facts of my case and unprepared for trial, ...and allowed the defendant to propagate false claims against me without objection. The merits of my case were never properly presented and we lost the case.
