You never want to need a lawyer, but if you do, you need Kevin. I was facing a firing from the DoD and I was scared. My life, my livelihood and my basic identity were threatened. I called Kevin and everything changed! He was my advocate, my avatar, my hero and my friend. He talked me through eve...ry part of the process, calmed me down when I needed to be calmed down, bolstered me when I needed bolstering, and is forever on my list of Christmas cards. He was always available and working on my case, even when he was on a family vacation. My favorite part is that Kevin was offended by the actions of my employer and was stewing for a fight. He honestly wanted to mix it up with opposing council in litigation. He was prepared…they were not. In the end, the Government tapped out and awarded me back pay and benefits and had to pay my legal fees after only one day of depositions. He gave me my life back and I still call him for my legal needs. Several months later I had a similar suit, and the Government conceded to us immediately when I invoked his name because they knew his reputation and his record of success. Kevin has been my attorney for several years and is always my first call when I need a champion.
