A true professional

Mr. Curtis has been our lawyer regarding tenant/landlord issues and other real estate related matters for many years. He has a quick, sharp mind, replies quickly when needed, and is very professional. We wouldn’t use anyone else.

EXCEPTIONAL "HONEST" LAWYER

I am owner of over a Billion dollar real estate portfolio . I have had the privilege of hiring Tom Curtis for cases where other lawyers failed and he achieved positive outcomes at a fraction of the cost of previous lawyers. Very meticulous and thorough in his work. Detail oriented. A "BULLDOG" wi...ll definitely get you the results. Outstanding and honest lawyer

Tom represented me in a lawsuit against my coop board, after discovering an issue with our sub-floor. He was exceptionally detail oriented, honest, proactive and delivered an impressive result. Throughout the process, Tom not only exhibited outstanding legal expertise but a true passion for helping... me to resolve my issue. Expert in real estate litigation and in structural water damage

Thomas Curtis solved our co-op water water leak issues . He obtained a settlement which covered all our personal and legal expenses when our building refused to acknowledge the problem and to make all necessary repairs. He persisted after multiple delays in deposing the main defendants which led to a... substantial financial resolution. After repairs were made in accordance with the settlement agreement there have been no further problem from water leaks . Tom my wife and I thank you

Tom saved my business location

Tom Curtis handled a difficult issue with my landlord, which went to court proceeding, and saved me from a potential termination of my lease and impairment of my dental practice.
