Small Business Owner

A little over a year ago, I ran into a situation with my landlord and small business, and a good lawyer friend recommended I reach out to Tom to resolve the issue. Tom has been my voice of reason through out this entire ordeal, and has been able to successfully communicate with an extremely unreasona...ble and entitled landlord so that both parties feel comfortable with the settlement. Tom has also helped me resolve various client issues that have come up during this time. Tom is knowledgeable and committed to getting things done fairly for his clients. I highly recommend Tom Curtis.

An attorney trustworthy and easy to communicate with

I am a small business owner who met and retained Thomas Curtis in 2008. He continues to represent me, and my mother, on all our legal matters. Tom Curtis has proven to be extremely knowledgeable and effective in the negotiation of foreclosure prevention, and his strategy has enabled me to keep my r...esidence and investment property. He won for us a malpractice lawsuit which involved complex issues, including serving process on an international defendant. Curtis' fees are surprisingly affordable, especially considering his years of experience and attention to detail in his work. I highly recommend Mr. Curtis. I follow his legal advice without hesitation- he has literally saved the day for me and my family.
