Tom saved my business location

Tom Curtis handled a difficult issue with my landlord, which went to court proceeding, and saved me from a potential termination of my lease and impairment of my dental practice.

Small Business Owner

A little over a year ago, I ran into a situation with my landlord and small business, and a good lawyer friend recommended I reach out to Tom to resolve the issue. Tom has been my voice of reason through out this entire ordeal, and has been able to successfully communicate with an extremely unreasona...ble and entitled landlord so that both parties feel comfortable with the settlement. Tom has also helped me resolve various client issues that have come up during this time. Tom is knowledgeable and committed to getting things done fairly for his clients. I highly recommend Tom Curtis.

Tom Curtis Master Lawyer

A very smart lawyer I recommend Tom Curtis without reservation. He has represented me in numerous matters since 2002. He has successfully concluded various litigation matters. He has been able to draft complex business agreements when I needed them. I am a real estate investor and developer wi...th numerous properties in the New York City area. I first met Tom Curtis in 2002 when I joined a group of owners of about 40 apartments suing a coop building which had unilaterally revoked our status as holders of 'unsold shares'. Tom got us a settlement which gave us the status of holders of 'unsold shares' and required the defendant to pay nearly all our legal fees. Since then he has been successful in several court cases some of which I never thought he would win. He has also represented me in various business negotiations and has a good understanding of the applicable law. I use other lawyers as well but save the difficult problems for Tom. A true pit bull
