Savvy Strategist with admirable integrity
Mr. Mintzer was my partner in my fight against a corporate giant who had an unlimited defense budget. He saw important and intricate aspects of my case that I had missed myself. He also took the time to understand the inner workings of my specialized industry. Kevin was calm, professional and sympathetic throughout my case. Great lawyer - Hire him!
I feel lucky that I hired Kevin Mintzer as my attorney. I had spoken to at least a dozen lawyers before deciding to go with Kevin and I know I made the right call. The reason I went with him was his calming personality, which was very different from the other lawyers who all seemed very abrasive. Kevin made a very stressful situation as calm as it could possibly be. He was very knowledgeable and very committed to my case. I would refer him without any hesitation for anyone looking for a great attorney.

The "Go To" Employment Lawyer w/Knowledge, Professionalism & Compassion
Although my circumstances that brought me to Mr. Mintzer were devastating for me, talking to him eased my worries drastically! I came to Mr. Mintzer involved w/sexual harassment case feeling overwhelmed, apprehensive and just down right confused. Mr. Mintzer was patient & listened to me intently in a judge free zone. He was intuitive & kept me involved in every aspect of my case & anything he was unsure or unclear of, he took the time to find the right answers & not just take short cuts. Much like finding a good doctor, it isn't easy to find a lawyer to retain who you can put your confidence & trust in but Mr. Mintzer showed me he was human first....I would definitely use Mr. Mintzer again & refer him to anyone seeking a thorough attorney to handle their employment case.

The Go-to Employment Lawyer for Professionals
I highly recommend Kevin Mintzer in all employment-related disputes with current or former employers. Kevin understand the merits of your case, and the strategy to be used, from your first meeting. I found Kevin's ability to summarize the merits of my case and my negotiating position at the pre-EEOC, EEOC, and trial court levels prepared me for the stressful time surrounding an employee-employer lawsuit. I chose Kevin as an attorney because of his established and successful practice in representing professional women- namely executives, women in finance and women in the law. He understands how to negotiate with those representing the employer in such industries and that is key. I never felt helpless, or unsure of anything during my dispute. Kevin Mintzer: Exceptional Employment and Discrimination Lawyer
Although the circumstances that brought me to Kevin Mintzer's office were deplorable, I lucked out in retaining such a thoughtful, but tough, lawyer. For over two years, Mintzer represented me in a sexual harassment and discrimination case and his professionalism, responsiveness and sensitivity made me feel very comfortable in an otherwise uncomfortable situation. This includes speaking with investigators, law enforcement, the media and more. I never wondered whether he had my best interest at heart; he took my personal circumstances into account and fought hard. Thanks to him, we were able to come to a satisfactory resolution as a result of mediation.

Review of Attorney Kevin Mintzer
I contacted Kevin concerning a sexual harassment situation at work. He responded to my inquiry very quickly, and after speaking with him and several others attorneys, I chose to retain him because I felt that he was very sharp, knowledgeable, and experienced. Throughout our negotiations with my company, he always provided a quick response to any questions I had, kept me informed of what was going on from day to day, and kept checking in on me to make sure everything was okay. I felt that he was with me every step of the way, and I'm very happy with the outcome of the situation.

Best Wall Street employment and discrimination lawyer
I lost my Wall Street employment in a gender discrimination case a couple of years ago. I was lucky that Kevin got recommended by a friend who went through a similar situation and spoke of Kevin as the best employment lawyer in New York. Kevin is highly strategic and extremely knowledgeable of employment laws. He made sure he understood my case and clearly described to me the available options making sure that he took my personal needs and circumstances into account. Kevin was always available to offer his advice and support. In this highly stressful and difficult situation this proved to be extremely valuable. Under his guidance I was able to resolve my gender discrimination case favorably. It felt really great to experience that the Wall Street Boys cannot get away with bad behavior anymore!

Review of Kevin Mintzer
After 15 years at the same place of employment my position was outsourced. I did not believe the package offered was commensurate with the time spent and the money earned for the organization. I hired Mr. Mintzer to represent me. We were able to resolve the issue after a period of time. During the time Mr. Mintzer represented me I found him to be the consummate professional. He was always available to ask questions and strategize with. He laid the options out and the pros and cons of each action. He negotiated a new package that we both thought was fair and equitable. I highly recommend Mr. Mintzer for any employment labor issue.

Kevin Mintzer had extensive knowledge on my particular type of discrimination case. He also had background knowledge on the company involved. . He was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and continued that swift response to all my queries and concerns during my case,.which by the way was resolved to my satisfaction. I think he was reasonable in his dealings with both parties, firm but accurate. I felt at all times that he had my best interests at heart, tempered with reason and good sense. His sincerity and trustworthiness were without question. I would not hesitate to recommend him, in fact, I have done so. One added fillip, he was kind in his dealings with me.

Knowledgeable, Professional, and Kind
Mr. Mintzer provided me with excellent council at what was a very difficult time professionally and personally. I questioned every step of the process and often asked for detailed legal explanations, Mr. Mintzer was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and responsive. He was always professional but also genuinely sympathetic, which made sharing the personal details of my situation much easier. Mr. Mintzer came highly recommend and after my experience with him, I feel obligated to do the same.

Superior Attorney—Knowledgeable, Trustworthy, Assertive
Kevin represented me with respect to an EEOC claim of gender discrimination by my former employer. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining my options, the process and what the potential outcomes could be. He made me feel very comfortable in discussing what was a very upsetting experience having been a long-tenured employee and the absolute shock of my termination. Ultimately, we were contacted by the EEOC asking if we were open to mediation as my former employer had suggested it when contacted about our claim. Kevin kept me informed in a very timely fashion throughout the entire process and we were able to come to a very satisfactory resolution as a result of mediation. Kevin had presented me with suggestions of mediators that he respected and had worked with in the past and like Kevin, the arbitrator was exceptional. I would wholeheartedly recommend Kevin to anyone seeking superior representation in any employment-related matter.
