There's light at the end of the tunnel... if you work with Goddard Law PLLC

My case took over 3 years, but never once did I doubt that I was in good hands. Megan and her team were supportive from the very beginning... they took me on as a client after another male-led firm said I have a valid claim but it wasn't worth their time and pursuit. She understood why this was so important to me, as a reflection of my values and commitment to justice, and agreed to help me on this journey of accountability. Although I worked with several attorneys on her team (who were all amazing!), eventually Megan personally managed my case to the end. She was very transparent about everything happening, allowed me to "be in the weeds" when I wanted to be, always shared the pros and cons of the decisions I considered, and was so responsive whenever I needed to connect. In addition to being a great advocate, she was such a wonderful listener (and yes, we had many late night calls filled with tears and fears). Megan and her team are professional, well-versed and experienced in employment discrimination law, and they are fierce! Despite being a small firm, you never feel abandoned and instead, it feels like you have an entire army behind you, encouraging you, and fighting for you even when you aren't in the room. Excellent attorney!

Words can not express the gratitude that I have for Megan taking on my case. I was experienced discrimination at my previous employer and spoke to several other attorneys who brushed me off and told me I didn’t have a solid case. Megan showed compassion and at least listened to my full story and decided to defend me and ensure I received the proper compensation for what I had to endure at work. She was very straight forward with me in terms of what to expect in the process of pursuing legal action against my employer and walked me through everything ever step of the way. When she was unavailable Tony stepped right in and helped with the settlement of my case. I was compensated fairly and it’s all thanks to Megan and Tony! I highly recommend them !

megan the GODDESS OF JUSTICE

Megan is strong, intelligent, fair, intelligent & a powerful energy!!! Megan & the entire Goddard team are excellent in their communication & extremely efficient in gathering every related detail. Megan the shark!

Megan and her team are absolutely amazing at their jobs! They got me to a settlement more than I thought I would have gotten with anyone else representing me. They know what is needed to win a fight, and they will keep going until their client gets the reward they deserve. My former employer didn't want to settle at all, and Megan and the Goddard team worked tirelessly behind the scenes to get them to agree to a mediation. I worked with Heydy, Liz and Katerina, and they were very on top of making sure I got them all of my evidence, paperwork, and any other necessary paperwork. Megan and Katerina can talk circles around anyone, and they will get the result their client is aiming for. Even with all of the covid-related delays over 2 years, they made sure to keep pushing the process along. I highly recommend Goddard Law for any of your employment law needs!

Strong, impactful representation

Megan Goddard's practice may be small but it is mighty. I came to Megan with a gender discrimination claim and she represented me with unwavering tenacity. She treated me like an equal over the two years we worked together - and for me that was a huge compliment because Megan is very, very sharp. She's strategically brilliant and thinks multiple steps ahead of the opposition. She also held my hand through some of the more difficult parts of the process with dedication and grace. She has a commanding presence and the confidence needed to go head to head with giant law firms. Standing up for myself felt really intimidating at first, but having Megan represent me gave me courage. And the results, in my case, were life-changing. Brilliant, fierce, and fearless advocate who delivers results

Couldn't have asked for a better lawyer.

Megan was my attorney over the past few years. Best attorney who fights for her client.

Megan is one of the best attorneys I know. She is thoughtful, smart, and actually cares about her client. Megan takes your case as if you are a member of her family. She treats you with respect and will fight very hard for your case. I was highly impressed by her decorum and perseverance as well as her can-do attitude. Megan was honest with me, which I appreciate. She told me the pros and cons of my case. When you are going through a tough time, you need an attorney like Megan by your side. The best of the best

I would recommend Megan over and over and over again. She and her team not only worked tirelessly on my case for OVER 3 YEARS and got me the most favorable outcome, but they truly cared about me. Dealing with something like this is so emotionally draining, and Megan and her team felt my cause and my pain and channeled it into the fuel they needed to fight for me. It was almost as if the discrimination and trauma was directly experienced by them. If you are on the fence about using them, don’t give it another thought. The best lawyer!

Megan is hands down the best lawyer. In the beginning I was nervous to speak about the discrimination that had occurred to me. When I spoke to Megan I felt heard and most importantly cared for. Her team is just extremely accommodating, professional , and encouraging. Aside from my case they cared always checking up making sure I was okay . Any questions I had were always addressed immediately whether it was Megan, Heydy or Monica. There are no words enough to describe how grateful I am to have met these strong and inspirational woman. Megan is no nonsense she believes in you and pushes you to believe in yourself even when you don’t. Thank you ladies all so much my case came out better than I ever expected. WONDERFUL person GREAT lawyer

Absolutely brilliant

I had never contacted a labor attorney before. But when I experienced harassment, discrimination & retaliation at a former employer I felt it was time to take legal action. Megan had been recommended to me by another attorney and I'm so glad she was. Megan was an incredible support throughout the process. She was my champion in making sure what happened to me was presented accurately, truthfully and was a full depiction of what occurred.
