I had another attorney "Derek Smith Law Group" ready to take my case on contingency but I made a mistake to go with William. Nonsense. William was overpowered by the opposing counsel in the very first call. He took my case then adopted a defeatist attitude telling me the facts of my case are not good.... If he had told me that he does not believe I was discriminated against based on the facts in our first call I would've found another lawyer. When I did not agree with his decision he told me if I don't settle now I owe him money. We could have filed without bearing cost but he did not want to spend more time on the case probably short staffed but that is no excuse. You cannot take on a case then decide that you don't believe in it, if you do change your beliefs then you should drop the case and not ask for lien.
