Highly Recommended

After consulting with multiple lawyers regarding a very tricky employment contract, I decided to use Russell Adler and it was the best decision I made in a long time. There is no better choice for an Employment Attorney than Russ

Russ is easily the most reliable, competent and trustworthy attorney I have ever come across. Combine that with the fact he achieves results and it's no wonder why his other reviews are so great. He is an absolute beast during negotiations and he successfully got me out of a deeply disturbing situa...tion with a bully former employer. When I felt like there was no hope with my situation, Russ was the man to save the day. He is sharp, reliable, 100% communicative and results-driven. He cares about each person's unique situation and treats you as if you're his only client. Russ knows everything inside and out pertaining to employment law and I can't recommend him highly enough! He has the perfect temperament to deal with his clients and the the right amount of assertiveness and persistence as an advocate when dealing with the opposition's lawyers. Reliable, knowledgeable, and very efficient

He was very professional. Every question I asked Mr.Adler was answered quickly. I enjoyed working out the details of my situation with him because of his honesty. Termination based on false premises

Mr. Adler explained in advance the difficulty in trying to get a large corporation to acknowledge a possible EEOC violation when a termination occurs based on false statements. He explained in advance what his fees would be, and he ccd me in all of his correspondence with my employer's attorney. He a...lso answered all of my questions and made it clear that he would follow my directions even if he disagreed with the efficacy of my requests. Most importantly he successfully resolved the matter to my satisfaction.
