Reliable, knowledgeable, and very efficient

He was very professional. Every question I asked Mr.Adler was answered quickly. I enjoyed working out the details of my situation with him because of his honesty. He was very clear on what my options were and what would be the best outcome for me as his client. I would highly recommend him to anyone ...with legal matter in his area of expertise.

Termination based on false premises

Mr. Adler explained in advance the difficulty in trying to get a large corporation to acknowledge a possible EEOC violation when a termination occurs based on false statements. He explained in advance what his fees would be, and he ccd me in all of his correspondence with my employer's attorney. He a...lso answered all of my questions and made it clear that he would follow my directions even if he disagreed with the efficacy of my requests. Most importantly he successfully resolved the matter to my satisfaction.

Rational and Reliable

Very often when someone is involved in a matter that requires the attention of an attorney it means that the matter has gotten to such a point that emotions are running high and it's hard to see things other than from one's own perspective. Russ has always been good at helping to see things rationall...y and pointing things in a direction that removes the emotion, and installs the facts at hand; in-turn providing me with not just good advice, but a favorable outcome. His knowledge of the law and being able to steer his clients in the right direction are invaluable.

Integrity and Excellence

As a physician with a small surgical specialty practice and a generally positive attitude toward my employees, I found myself extremely frustrated with two difficult employee situations, on two separate occasions. Both times, Russell quickly framed around the issues, contextualizing my frustrations ...within the bigger pictures of employment law and my own business situation. Just talking with him was therapeutic, as he clearly understood the aggravations I faced (and got me to settle down). He also helped point me in a positive direction, taking into account the realities of my employees' situations and of employment law as it applied to my cases. His costs are extremely reasonable; he got to the point quickly without running up the clock; and the information I received was worth far more than I paid. He is a terrific asset.

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"In the two years I have known Russell, I have learned that he is an experienced, practical, and intelligent attorney. His writing indicates his ability to convey his message simply, but effectively. When speaking, he carries an element of charisma and charm, whether he is speaking to opposing counsel in a matter or to a client, such that his arguments and position undoubtedly have merit. Above all else, Russell has shown careful regard for his ancillary - but important - position as an officer of the court with respect to ethics and professional responsibility. He never waivers in the face of doing the right thing. For those reasons, I wholeheartedly endorse Russell Adler as an experienced labor & employment law attorney."
