I was over 1,000,000 in debt on two homes and owed over 45,000 on my credit cards. I contacted John Crane and realized very soon that he really is different. John explained that because neither of my homes had equity, and because I was co-owner with another family member on each, that I would be able to keep both homes and still have all of my credit card debt wiped out.
I was a nervous wreck and John patiently met with me and spent over one hour learning about my specific situation and explaining the entire bankruptcy process and all of my options to me. Because I had never filed before and was very nervous, John actually met with me numerous times, carefully explained what documents were required, and personally prepared my bankruptcy petition with me. John always answered my telephone calls and when he didn’t, he always called me right back.
I know there are many other bankruptcy attorneys, but nobody would have cared about me the way John did. He personally reassured me as to what to expect at my meeting, and followed up with me to reduce my stress. I only wish I had called him earlier. I could have reduced months of stress and got my fresh start on life much earlier!

I just finished a short sale with john as my lawyer. Look no more he is the best. Ihad three attorneys prior to john and they just did not get it or would not be knowledgable to go about doing a short sale. The amazing thing about this is that he was upto date with tax ramifictions and how to reach the proper person in the charge to get the job done. As you are aware shortsales are hard to get approved. A very few percentile does. Like I said befor look no further for a top attorney that never keeps you in the dark. Communicates with his client and always gets back to you if you want to reach him. Had I not had john as my attorney this shortsale would have never happened. He worked deligently for seventeen months on this case and never gave up. JoHN I thank you so much for giving Me my life back. I will be eternally gratefull to you
