Biography
A little bit about me, prior to joining Dankner, Milstein & Ruffo P.C.,I was a trial associate at a nationally renowned personal injury law firm. Prior to that, I held the title of Senior Trial Associate at another major litigation firm based in New York City. After demonstrating my abilities based on settlements and verdicts, in less than a year and a half, I was named Partner at Dankner Milstein & Ruffo P.C.
My knowledge and trial experience has earned me an impressive reputation not only with my clients, but amongst my peers in the legal profession. Presiding Justices of the New York State Supreme Court in the Counties of Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn have recognized my top-notch skills and professional integrity.
I have negotiated millions of dollars in settlements and have won major verdicts at trial when the client and I deemed settlement offers unacceptable. I have also argued many of my verdicts at the appellate level, thereby collecting not only the recovery I earned my clients but statutory interest, thereby fortifying my reputation of always doing the very best for my clients.
