After graduating from law school with honors, Ms. Goldring obtained a Masters of Law (LL.M.) specializing in labor and employment law. Thereafter, Ms. Goldring clerked for the Honorable James E. Seibert of the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia where she observed the litigation process through the eyes of the judge. Upon completion of her clerkship, Ms. Goldring moved back to New York and practiced labor and employment law with Littler Mendelson, P.C., the largest labor and employment firm in the country. There, Ms. Goldring defended management in labor and employment litigation, counseled companies on labor and employment issues, conducted trainings to prevent harassment and discrimination, and investigated discrimination and harassment complaints. After several years of honing her skills as a labor and employment attorney for a large management-side law firm, she founded The Goldring Firm and opened her practice to include representing employees in labor and employment disputes.

Exceptionally Astute Attorney

Far exceeded my expectations
Ms. Goldring negotiated a separation agreement that far exceeded my expectations. She was always available to hold my hand through the entire process. She is a talented gifted attorney as well as a sincere and caring person.
"I had the great pleasure of working with Orit at a large NYC-area firm several years ago, and she remains a valued colleague to whom I can confidently go to for information about current "hot topics" in NY employment law. She has the skills, background, and drive to get the best possible results for clients. Clients who appreciate those qualities should retain her."
