After graduating from law school with honors, Ms. Goldring obtained a Masters of Law (LL.M.) specializing in labor and employment law. Thereafter, Ms. Goldring clerked for the Honorable James E. Seibert of the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia where she observed the litigation process through the eyes of the judge. Upon completion of her clerkship, Ms. Goldring moved back to New York and practiced labor and employment law with Littler Mendelson, P.C., the largest labor and employment firm in the country. There, Ms. Goldring defended management in labor and employment litigation, counseled companies on labor and employment issues, conducted trainings to prevent harassment and discrimination, and investigated discrimination and harassment complaints. After several years of honing her skills as a labor and employment attorney for a large management-side law firm, she founded The Goldring Firm and opened her practice to include representing employees in labor and employment disputes.

Orit Goldring Is the Real Deal – Highly Recommend!
I've been working with Orit Goldring for several years now, and honestly, she's been incredible every single time. As my go-to employment and labor lawyer in New York, she’s sharp, super knowledgeable, and really fights for you like it’s personal. Whether it’s been tough negotiations or standing up ...

Egotistical Power Trip
Orit called me to argue with me after she determined I had a case to be resolved. She led with “don’t argue with an employment law attorney”. It was a very weird interaction to have when she felt so strongly I had a case when I first consulted with her. Needless to say thank God she excused herself o...

Guidance and straight to the point.
Ms Goldring was very proactive and quick to respond to my questions. She guided me and warned me about rights and responsabilities. She is very easy to work with, and with excellent communication. She looked after my best interest and got me a good settlement. I recommend Ms. Goldring 100% with lab...

Very good experience overall
I do not have any extensive experience in dealing with lawyers, but Orit was the third lawyer that I have dealt with. I would definitely rank her higher than the other two that I have had experience with (different cases of course). I worked with Orit to sue a former employer for back-wages. She ...

Exceptionally Astute Attorney
It is a rare thing for me to give such high marks for any service because there is always room for improvement. However, in this situation, they are well-deserved. My circumstances were such that I was unsure whether my concerns and complaints about a work matter were justified. I had contacted a...
"I had the great pleasure of working with Orit at a large NYC-area firm several years ago, and she remains a valued colleague to whom I can confidently go to for information about current "hot topics" in NY employment law. She has the skills, background, and drive to get the best possible results for clients. Clients who appreciate those qualities should retain her."
