We are a LBGTQ couple and got married last Nov. 10, 2016. We hired a different lawyer and thought all the while we would not encounter problems as the removal of condition should be a simple matter. However, we received a Request for Evidence (RFE) and therefore the petition was not immediately appro...ved. I was consulting Lara Gregory on the preparation of a will but when she started asking questions she immediately realized that it was an immigration-related matter. I have hired Lara Gregory to compile and submit my response to CSC to the RFE letter I have received upon my L1 VISA petition. I have paid her retainer in advance. To my greatest surprise she failed compiling the response in time and once I started questioning her she simply terminated our relationsh...ip and stopped working on my case.
