Hired her for a very simple application for my green card. She made multiple mistakes, delayed the application by several months and told multiple lies. In the end, I found out she DID NOT EVEN SUBMIT my application. She lied about this too, I checked with USCIS to confirm. She also refused to refund... me after doing NOTHING until I sent a complaint to the New York Bar Association. I cannot believe she's still practicing law. I could have done the whole application myself in a way shorter time. I also cannot imagine how many vulnerable immigrants she might be abusing.

I'm quite familiar Mr. Istvan's behavior towards Ms. Gregory because he kept me in the correspondence e-mail loop and he also updated me with his Visa activity by multiple phone discussions as well. This is why I know actually what transpired in this situation. To make a long story short, Istvan tried to pull a fast one and in addition I believe Istvan tried to verbally bully Ms. Gregory which she did not tolerate. In retaliation, Mr. Istvan gave her his one-star review. However I believe, nothing can be further from the truth - Ms. Gregory's is a FANTASTIC FIVE-STAR PAR EXCELECE ATTORNEY.

I have hired Lara Gregory to compile and submit my response to CSC to the RFE letter I have received upon my L1 VISA petition. I have paid her retainer in advance. To my greatest surprise she failed compiling the response in time and once I started questioning her she simply terminated our relationsh...ip and stopped working on my case. She simply kicked me off 3 days before the filing deadline.
