We are a LBGTQ couple and got married last Nov. 10, 2016. We hired a different lawyer and thought all the while we would not encounter problems as the removal of condition should be a simple matter. However, we received a Request for Evidence (RFE) and therefore the petition was not immediately appro...ved. I was consulting Lara Gregory on the preparation of a will but when she started asking questions she immediately realized that it was an immigration-related matter. She asked to read the letter from USCIS and immediately after reading the same she was able to identify what the issue was that kept the petition from approval, specifically the lack of affidavit/s from other people. In short, Ms. Gregory guided us and told us to ask two (2) individuals who know our love story to attest to the facts of our relationship.
