TOP Form U5 expungement

Cool, calm presence

When the opposing side stayed in their initial incorrect position, and I wanted to continue pursuing the case, which would have been significantly more in financial costs to continue to do so, Robert and Joseph came up with an intelligent, gentler alternative pathway, to further convince the opposing... side of the correct position, and avoid mutual costs of furthering the case. Throughout the representation, they presented a calm and certain presence, projecting a sense of assurance and confidence to the opposing side in the case, which ultimately swayed them to the correct decision. As this alternative pathway succeeded, I am highly grateful that Robert and Joseph represented me and saw the best path was to work with the opposing side, where otherwise I may have been in further litigation for many months and ultimately could have been unsuccessful. The lawyers at Herskovits are outstanding and super knowledgeable FINRA attorneys. I highly recommend hiring them.
