When the opposing side stayed in their initial incorrect position, and I wanted to continue pursuing the case, which would have been significantly more in financial costs to continue to do so, Robert and Joseph came up with an intelligent, gentler alternative pathway, to further convince the opposing... side of the correct position, and avoid mutual costs of furthering the case.
