Lawyer... he was completely incompetent during my entire hearing. Was hired by the union and did not represent me during the entire process. He never objected to items that happened at the office while I was on vacation... but was used against me. He never challenged the allegations without any evide...nce... It was not after my hearing that I learn of the allegations that was added to my charges ... he was nowhere to be found. Years after his incompetence I am still harassed and my reputation is still tarnished. I would not wish him to represent my enemy.

I was being wrongfully accused of things I did not do, while at work! People decided to use the "RACE, GENDER" Card on me dispite the facts I had concrete proof I did no harm. They were seeking demotion, but he stood there fighting my case, and we did not flinch, in the end the alleged charges, were ...dismissed. He coached be through the whole process, and he came at it from all angles, I highly recommend him!
