I've been an immigrant for 7 years and throughout that time, I've had spoken to and hired multiple lawyers to work on my case. Working with Michael has been the most pleasurable experience. I've worked with large law offices, where you pay a lot for the big name on the door, while having a first year... associate work on your case and make mistakes like forgetting to get your signature and delay the approval of your case... Michael works by himself and he is 100% invested in every one of his cases.. Every time I called, I didn't need to remind him who I was, or what the situation was, he knew everything from the top of his head.. Immigration is very stressful, but going through the process with Michael makes you feel you have a friend walking you through it.. He would respond to my emails at 10pm, answer my phone calls at 6am, let me stop by in his office when I had questions or needed reassurance, and never did he charge me anything extra for any of it... I have been working with him for years, and every application he submitted on my behalf has been approved. The first one was what particularly impressed me, as it was a very difficult application which was very unlikely to be approved, and he was honest with me about it, but worked tirelessly regardless, and accomplished the impossible.. Since then, I knew I would work with him in every future case. It wasn't easy, as it never is, I had multiple frustrating situations such as my card getting lost in the mail, then finally receiving it, but my last name was misspelled, the result of which was having to submit 3 different applications for the same thing, in the course of 6 months.. Michael only charged me for the one, and worked on the other 2, even though the problems were not by fault of his own, but the postal office and USCIS... I could write all day and still not say enough about what a pleasure working with him has been, throughout all the stress and uncertainty of the immigration process.. This is a very personal, extremely long, life changing experience for immigrants, and of course, we all want a great lawyer, which Michael undoubtedly is, but we also want a friendly voice to go to... I could not recommend Michael enough and I can't wait to work with him again when it's time for me to apply for my citizenship.
