E2 treaty visa for indian national

I engaged Mark Davies of Davies & Associates to assist me with my application for an E2 visa. From the start, Mark and the other lawyers at Davies & Associates were highly responsive and efficient. My case felt complex but D&A managed the whole process carefully and helped me move seamlessly from one stage to the next. As an Indian national seeking an E2 Visa, I had to first avail myself of citizenship of a country that has an E2 treaty with America. Mark guided me through the merits of each of the eligible citizenship by investment programmes - Montenegro, Turkey and Grenada. D&A is the only American law firm I could find that has teams working on all three citizenship programmes, so I felt that I was getting the best advice to suit my particular interests. Mark encouraged me to opt for Grenada since I wished to take my father with me and it is possible to include parents under an application to the Grenada programme. To provide additional peace of mind, Mark also connected me with one of his Indian clients who is now living in New York on an E-2 visa having first become a citizen of Grenada. A graduate of a major European law school, Mark obtained his US Juris Doctorate degree at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Post-graduation, Mark was appointed a Fellow by the Univerisity Pennsylvania Law School, attending the prestigious Salzburg institute in Salzburg, Austria. Mark also holds an MBA degree from the University Of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of business.

Mark received his legal training in some of the world's largest law firms and served as General Counsel of a corporate entity, being promoted to US divisional manager of one of the world's largest corporations.

Best Immigration Lawyer

Mark and his team from Davies & Associates did an excellent job in filing my EB5 petition. D&A was very detail Oriented and was very thorough in what they did. There was a lot of work on my case and worked on it 24/7 and was very patient answering all my questions. I have received my I-526 Approval without any RFE. I have referred D&A to my friends as well and they also received approvals without any RFE. I would highly recommend D&A for any immigration law matters.

The Absolute Best EB5 and E2 Lawyer

My friends and I have used several different EB5 lawyers for our EB5 cases. I hired Mr. Mark and we all agree that he is the best EB5 lawyer. He is the only lawyer who assists with project review. I have a business in America and use lots of American lawyers. For a famous lawyer Mr/ Mark's attention to his clients is exceptional. He is also very good at finding creative solutions to issues. I hired Mr. Mark because every newspaper in India interviews him for his opinions when they have an article on US immigration. They are right to do so. In India Mr. Mark is known as being the very best immigration lawyer in the country. One of my friends hired another lawyer who invested in a project that Mr. Mark warned about because another lawyer said it was a good one. My friend's money is now stuck, my friend has gotten rid of the lawyer he hired and hired Mr. Mark to try and fix the problem. I am now filing an E2 visa through Mr. Mark so my family can move to USA without having to wait for the EB5 approval. I spoke to some of his other clients who have done this successfully and are living in America now. He's not the cheapest but looking for a cheaper deal is a mistake my friend made. I strongly recommend Mr. Mark.

Best E-2 and immigration lawyer I have ever met

My experience in dealing with Mr Mark and his firm was excellent. I have been dealing with him and his firm for the last 3 years. He helped me to get my E2 visa in the USA followed by my E2 visa renewal as well. He is the best immigration Lawyer I have ever met. He will helps you in many possible ways to get your visa approved. As far as I know, he has never had a case denied in the last 15 years. No one else can give you better service than his firm. If you need he can also you to suggest a good business. Excellent Attorney

I used Davies & Associates for my L1A application and was highly pleased and satisfied with their service and professionalism. My petition was already denied once. Our business was a new office L1A case and small relatively to other large corporations filing L1's and that was the biggest challenge to present our case! I had many meetings with Mark while he was in India and also in the US in the buildup to filing the petition in order for them to understand our business. This is crucial because very few attorneys actually travel to india and conduct appointments. Mark is well knowledgeable and aware about all laws pertaining specially to India which makes him very unique compared to other attorneys that I tried to speak before passing my denied case. He pointed out where we made mistakes in our last petition and gave me a checklist of things that we need to do in order to rectify and present our case again. After we agreed to appoint Mark Davies, I was assigned a 1-to-1 attorney who was highly professional and always available and kept me informed on progress and Mark was on top of things and always checking if I had any questions or queries and overlooking how the case is coming along. We setup an online dropbox folder for our case so all documents were always accessible and I was given a checklist of documents to arrange. My petition was approved in less than a week without having an RFE(which are so common now for L1) as all the points were covered in the main petition and nothing was left unattended. Coming from a denied petition first time and getting an approval without an RFE in my opinion is definately commendable. A case presented to USCIS needs to be presented once and presented well otherwise one will only waste time and money. I would definitely recommend Davies & Associates and would definitely use their service for our extension case as I was highly pleased with my experience

Attentive and Trust Worthy Legal Advice

Excellent!

I worked with Matt on my denied immigration case the last 3 months. I needed my case be appealed in less than 30 days. Matt was very patient, professional, careful and very helpful in giving me instructions and advice (we contacted via phone and email because I was living in Virginia) to make sure that he could collect all the evidence which was used to file an appeal. The appeal was filed on time. Surprisingly, just one month later my case was reopened, and I happily received my green card three weeks after that! Thank you Davies & Associates, LLC very much, especially Matthew Merrick! I would recommend him with everyone who has any trouble in immigration status.

Very Best L1 Visa Lawyer Servicing India and Dubai

I know many of Davies's clients. We all agree he is not the cheapest but is the very very best L and EB5 lawyer working with Indians. If you want to win you case you need to hire Davies and no one else. His firm is the only immigration firm with a real office in India, the other have administrative assistants who pretend to be lawyers. Davies comes here himself to visit clients and has lawyers in the US who help and are also available to answer questions. Unlike other lawyers I spoke to Davies really knows India and meets his clients in India. He met me in Chandigarh where I own and operate a business with over 40 employees. His understanding of how things work in India made the other immigration lawyers I spoke to by phone in USA look silly. Davies warned me that L visas from India get a lot of scrutiny and while he has never had a case denied they are frequently denied and get questioned. Davies helped me open my business in the US. His tax lawyer saved me a lot of money. My visa was approved with no questions using the rapid process which while I had to pay an extra fee to the US government for Davies did not charge me any extra, he told me it was not really any extra work for his firm so why would he charge me more. I live near Chandigarh and there are now a lot of people in Chandigarh with using Davies and his firm. No one has ever said a bad word about Davies. As an Indian businessman I have grown to distrust lawyers but I would trust Davies without hesitation. One friend had already used another lawyer from the USA from a firm with 15 immigration lawyers and got denied. Davies looked at his application, improved the business plan and added other evidence, he then re-filed the case and it was immediately approved. If you hire anyone other than Davies you are not hiring the best.

Outstanding lawyer

I think Mark is the best lawyer that I ever interacted with in several countries where I lived. He is very knowledgeable and highly competent in his field (immigration law). Despite his obviously busy schedule, he manages to keep track of a lot of details in the cases he is working on. Unlike many other lawyers, he is accessible and never never forgets answering your questions. Like a good doctor, he gives you several options in dealing with the case, discusses the outcomes and suggests the optimal direction. I wholly attribute to Mark's help the success of my case, which I already considered pretty hopeless, before I hired him. I strongly recommend Mark as an excellent immigration lawyer.

Best Immigration Lawyer!

Mark helped me to obtain my foreign citizenship. The best immigration lawyer I have ever seen.

I would like to take this opportunity to write my review about Mr Mark Davies. I believe that he posses the best knowledge of immigration cases than any other immigration lawyer. Currently he is handling my immigration case for Green card. I have had consulted 4 to 5 lawyers before contacting him and now I feel glad that I made the best decision. The best thing about him is he is very patient, polite, shows immense interest in whatever I discuss about the case with him. Extremely knowledgable, available, and reliable

Technically Brilliant Investor and Business Visa Lawyer

I am a Managing Director at a "top five" international financial firm. I have referred Mr. Davies's firm to many of our investors and Mr. Davies's firm has excelled on every occasion. I remember two major international law firms telling one of my clients that a "visa was not possible", Mr. Davies obtained the visas. In my mind what sets Mr. Davies apart is that he is a Wharton MBA with a very thorough understanding of business and finance, he therefore understands what our investor clients are trying to do in a way no other immigration lawyer i have come accross does.

Great choice if looking for an immigration attorney.

I'm in a process of extending my L-1 visa. I submitted a few questions regarding my case and he contacted me back almost immediately both by e-mail and telephone. Unlike other attorneys I met before, he gave me the impression of knowing from the top of his head what kind of visa do I have, and what actions had to be taken to extend it. He is very thorough and clear regarding the process and what to expect in terms of timelines and issues that may arise. He is constantly in contact, so you definitely know he's working on your case.
