I used Davies & Associates for my L1A application and was highly pleased and satisfied with their service and professionalism. My petition was already denied once. Our business was a new office L1A case and small relatively to other large corporations filing L1's and that was the biggest challenge... to present our case! I had many meetings with Mark while he was in India and also in the US in the buildup to filing the petition in order for them to understand our business. This is crucial because very few attorneys actually travel to india and conduct appointments. Mark is well knowledgeable and aware about all laws pertaining specially to India which makes him very unique compared to other attorneys that I tried to speak before passing my denied case. He pointed out where we made mistakes in our last petition and gave me a checklist of things that we need to do in order to rectify and present our case again. After we agreed to appoint Mark Davies, I was assigned a 1-to-1 attorney who was highly professional and always available and kept me informed on progress and Mark was on top of things and always checking if I had any questions or queries and overlooking how the case is coming along. We setup an online dropbox folder for our case so all documents were always accessible and I was given a checklist of documents to arrange. My petition was approved in less than a week without having an RFE(which are so common now for L1) as all the points were covered in the main petition and nothing was left unattended. Coming from a denied petition first time and getting an approval without an RFE in my opinion is definately commendable. A case presented to USCIS needs to be presented once and presented well otherwise one will only waste time and money.
