David Anthony Moreno Jr.

I wholeheartedly recommend David Moreno, Esq. as a lawyer. I was involved in a traffic accident where the traffic court in a township in New Jersey cited me for 1) careless driving that led to property damage, 2) failure to report the accident and 3) leaving the scene of the accident that had invo...lved the property damage. I had been advised by many people to hire a local lawyer, i.e. someone who knows the township and with that insider status hypothetically help to quickly resolve the case. Against that consensus, I hired Mr Moreno ( an outsider unknown to the township). He had a command of the local law, and its technicalities and had the very professional demeanor that successfully negotiated on my behalf a favorable resolution of the charges. With the highest regard, I recommend Mr Moreno.

Let me begin by saying, prior to getting to know Mr. Moreno, my case was already almost two years with Spar and Bernstein and had gone through two other attorneys representing me. I became uneasy as to the progress at which my case was proceeding already gone through two other attorneys who by now n...o longer works with the firm. I wrote and requested copies of all my case documents as it was my intent to seek representation elsewhere. I was given a date and time to pick up my documents. Upon arrival at the office,I notified the receptionist of why I am there. I was asked to wait for a while then I'll be called. Eventually someone came out and called my name, accompanied me to an office where I was introduced to Mr.Brad Bernstein who asked me to explain my reason for wanting to leave,of which I did .All this time the documents were being prepared. Brad apologize for all the delays and unforeseen circumstances that has held up my case,then told me there is an attorney who had recently joined the firm and he is going to have him call to set up the best day for us to meet, prior to the next court date. I received the call, person introduced himself as David Moreno and the attorney who is going to be handling my case going forward. We spoke briefly and a meeting appointment was made. I was very skeptical about going forward with someone who is so new to being a defense attorney. I had questions,they were answered satisfactory even thou I am still thinking of moving on. Next court date arrived,we went to court,and from the first few words of introducing himself to the Judge, I was impressed. Mr Moreno kept me informed and up to date on any and all proceeding. I must say,the outcome in my case is what we were seeking from day one. I was satisfy. I sincerely hope I will never need another criminal attorney, but I will be the first to refer Mr Moreno to anyone who does needs an attorney. Mr. Moreno is an excellent attorney.
