Biography
Criminal Defense Attorney with over 30 years experience concentrating in the defense of individuals and business entities in criminal investigations and cases in New York and New Jersey.
Prior to becoming a defense attorney I devoted over 20 years of my career to the Manhattan District Attorney's Office where I ultimately headed up a cold case homicide bureau. Since 2008 I have applied my unique inside knowledge about how criminal cases are investigated and prosecuted to defend our clients in an array of criminal cases running the gamut from misdemeanors like petit larceny and dui to major felony charges including drug crimes and insurance fraud.
As an attorney with The Blanch Law Firm, I am part of a criminal lawyer team that handles both federal and state criminal cases across the country. We primarily defend cases in the tri-state area from Suffolk county to Manhattan to New Jersey and Brooklyn, and Queens. But we have defended clients in serious cases from Alabama to Hawaii.
