Dan is not only knowledgeable and professional but he fights for justice for his clients. He does so with compassion and sensitivity. He was instrumental to getting me through one of the most difficult experiences of my life.

One of the best

I worked with Dan based on an excellent recommendation from a former colleague. Dan was very responsive and went beyond simply providing legal advice. Labor cases can be life-changing and emotionally charged. Dan was very sympathetic to my situation - he was a true "counselor". Dan's negotiation ...style is firm and fair. Excellent Service, Thoughtful & Committed!

Dan is an excellent attorney, always making himself available to discuss next steps and strategize on ways to be more effective at achieving his client's goal. He is both tactical and thoughtful, helping me assess the pros and cons of every decision. My Lucky Day In Finding a Winner....

I consider myself very lucky to have found Daniel Kasier and his firm when I was in dire need of an excellent attorney to handle my case. It is a very involved case and it finally led to Arbitration. Watching Dan and his Associate perform during the weeks of depositions and the Arbitration was l...ike watching "a well oiled machine" at work. So much so that even the Arbitrator told them what a thorough and professional job they had done. Never having gone through this before, I was surprised that an Arbitrator would comment at all....but that tells you of the quality of Dan Kaisers performance during the Arbitration....which, by the way, he won. I am very careful when giving recommendations to people as you have to feel very confident in what the outcome can be. Well based on my dealings with Daniel Kaiser, which are still ongoing, I have already recommended him to a number of people, and if I ever needed a lawyer again, I would absolutely hire him . Hands down a five star rating.....

Extraordinary rare devoted lawyer

I have deal with my share of lawyers and not once have i come across a person who was more dedicated and devoted to my personal well-being and overall case dynamics. Dan - Gives a personal caring touch yet doesn't miss any small details. Unbelievable experiences and highly recommended to all. Very ve...rsatile and intuitive as well as knowledgable.
