Shawn Malachovsky is the founder and principal attorney at Malachovsky Law Offices P.C helping immigrants achieve their goals for over 20 years. Shawn also works as a part-time Legal Services Attorney with the New York City Council helping individuals in our community resolve legal issues.
Shawn is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and Community Legal Resource Network (CLRN).
Shawn earned a Juris Doctorate Degree from the City University of New York School of Law. Shawn is admitted to practice law by the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, in and for the Second Judicial Department since 2002.
Shawn came to the United States with his family when he was a child and has gone through the immigration and naturalization process himself. That is why he knows the importance of good legal immigration representation. Shawn is fluent in the Hebrew language.

For our New York clients, we also provide representation in business deals including all types of agreements and contracts, buying or selling a business, forming a corporation, LLC or partnership, real estate leases, legal name changes, and customized Will sets.
