I hired Phil as my real estate attorney and could not be happier with his service and professionalism. As a first-time homebuyer, I was already nervous going into the purchase. Mr. Hamilton helped me fight a possession case almost 3 years ago. It was my first time arrested and, as expected, I was very nervous about the entire situation. Phil is the second lawyer I hired for my one and only case that I was fighting back in 2014. Instead of just seeing you in court and whispering in your ear what you need to say to the judge, he truly involves you a hundred and ten percent in all court proceedings, which for me is what differs him from most lawyers around. My experience with Mr. Philip C. Hamilton all started seven years ago when I was detained unjustly and put through the most humiliating process of the Bronx Criminal Court System. Mr. Hamilton spoke to me about my case and assured me he would work diligently to have me released. At that specific moment his confidence level spoke volume. Mr. Hamilton worked on my case for two whole years ultimately taking my case to trial. After a long harsh and vigorous two years of fighting my case, the outcome eventually resulted in all charges being dismissed because of Mr. Hamiltons' expertise and strict attention to the details of my case. Mr. Hamilton worked on my case with such confidence I honestly thought he had been in practice for several years and was informed he infact had only a little over a year experience under his belt. Now let's be honest my first impression of Mr. Hamilton was who is this young lawyer from this local firm here in the Bronx, can I really entrust in him with my freedom. Looking back I ask myself would I hire Mr. Hamilton again to represent me I'd have to say with out a doubt. My experience over all was phenomenal I would absolutely recommend him to anybody who is seeking legal counsel.
