Fantastic experience!

I’ve had a wonderful experience working with Kristin. She is very knowledgeable with great attention to detail. When I met Kristin for the first time for a consultation she was very friendly and helpful in explaining to me how the entire process works, provided me with the timeline for each stage and answered every single question I had. She then guided me through just as she promised she would. Kristin was also excellent with communication, she never once made me wait long for a response. In the end I got my design patent successfully awarded to me for which I’m very grateful to Kristin and her highly dedicated approach to working with clients! All you would want from someone representing you!

We worked with Kristin on a common law trademark infringement, and deceptive trade practices case. She was very skilled, knowledgeable, and acute in her profession. She stayed in contact with us at every stage and didn't use opportunities to bill us for many items I've been charged for in the past. Excellent experience with Kristin Grant

I’ve had a very good experience with Kristin Grant of Grant Attorneys at Law. I sought after Kristin’s services when securing a trademark for my business. I was also at the beginnings of launching my business and had a lot of questions about intellectual property and putting together a proper Terms of Use and Privacy Policies. Kristin able to help me with all of this; and she was able to explain, what I found to be, complicated concepts with ease and patience. She made me feel confident to make informed decisions after consulting with her. Unfortunately, I’ve had more than one bad experiences with other attorneys, for all different reasons, but thankfully, I’ve only ever had positive experiences with Kristin and Grant Attorney’s Law. Kristin also has an excellent response rate with e-mail, and I found her to be very accessible, not to mention she also has a very quick turn-around time on important documents; both qualities really go a long way with me as I’m managing minutia of a business. I recommend them unequivocally!

Ms. Grant was knowledgeable, personable, and able to help me understand the complexities of the patent process with computer software. She helped me understand the history of why it has become so legally complicated to patent, the types of patents, the post-non provisional legal process to obtain a patent, and the fee structure.
