Biography
I've owned my own business since I was fifteen years old. I managed to grow and maintain it business through high school, college and law school.
After law school, I continue to operate my business. I teamed up with Alejandra Gonzalez and opened my own law firm. I am well aware of the challenges that a business owner faces and therefore am the perfect person to help you through your business venture.
I understand that every business is unique and I know what it's like to have your passion for your business sometimes blind you as to what's really there. I will work with you every step of the way so you can be at ease knowing you have a great legal team behind you that allows you to focus on running a successful business.
Although I deal with many small business owners, I like to work closely with Startups. I believe that many Startup companies represent the future, and it is our mission to make sure they get to where they need to be.
For startup businesses I offer special package deals and flat rates, this way an entrepreneur can properly budget him or herself and not have to worry about legal fees piling up. I work hand and hand with startups and are upfront about all costs so there are no surprises.
