Ra'Shaun Jamar Kelley

I hired Ra'Shaun thinking he would be able to quickly complete my corporation work. When I first reached out to him he was available and promised me a quick turn around at a reasonable price. However, it has been 6 months since I first hired him and he has yet to complete my work completely. There ha...ve been instances where he has taken weeks to respond to my calls/messages/emails. When confronted he always had an excuses and promises to get things done, but he has not once followed thru on his promises. Truly disappointed at how he has handled my business.

Mr. Kelley listened to every aspect of my business dispute and explained how the law applied and what potential directions we could take. He was incredibly patient with my belligerent, bullying ex-business partner, showing him how his behavior could lead to dissolution of the company, and after very... careful negotiation, got him to accept our terms so it didn't come to that drastic outcome. Throughout the process, he kept me informed of progress by both phone and email, and set expectations along the way, not just in terms of outcome but also in terms of the timeline and potential options. Whenever I had questions, he had the answers, and often took the time to show me the exact LLC-related laws being applied.
