Biography
Criminal Defense:
A second generation defense lawyer, Mr. Spodek represents clients in criminal investigations, grand jury investigations, violation, misdmeanor and felony cases throughout New York State.
Mr Spodek has sucessfuly resolved criminal cases before an arrest is even made, as well as post arrest through strategic plea bargaining. Mr. Spodek has secured numerous acquittals at trial for his clients. Recent trials include Felony Murder, Depraved Indifference Murder, Assault, Robbery, Menacing, Harrassment, Predatory Sexual Assault. along with case dispositive suppresion hearings.
Divorce & Family Law:
Mr. Spodek's regularly represents client's in the drafting of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements along with settlement agreements.
Mr. Spodek also has litigated countless divorces regarding child support, child custody, equitable distribution, orders of protection and complex vaulation of close held small busisnesses and advanced degrees.

Spodek Law Group P.C. was created in an effort to bring the big firm client experience, and skills of a seasoned trial team, with the personal service and flexibility that only a boutique law firm can provide. Our years of family, divorce and criminal trial experience allow us to be efficient and cost effective to our clients. Throughout the years our attorneys have dealt with these legal issues. Our unique teamwork approach allows us to create customized strategies to achieve our clients goals and to ensure that our clients are always protected and never left alone. We are family owned, and operated law firm. We are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week and take great satisfaction of the customer service we provide our clients.
