There's a monumental difference between good and bad representation. Spodek Law is the definition of GOOD REPRESENTATION. I was referred to Spodek through an old client of his fathers for a divorce. The day I retained them they filed the divorce. This alone made me feel quite at ease as they are efficient. We discussed in detail the real issues in the divorce and why I should settle early on. The entire firm takes the ...position that spending endlessly on the divorce will at the end benefit the lawyers more then the litigants. What law fim tells you this?

Initially I was in Supreme Court for my divorce, and then my wife brought criminal charges against me for supposedly violating an order of protection and the case was transferred to IDV for both the divorce and the criminal case. I had two lawyers working on each case independently and the time and m...oney spent was crazy. I needed one firm to represent me on both matters to both save me money and to avoid having the same conversations over and over again. I hired Spodek Law and the unified approach to IDV made things much easier as they knew the details of how one aspect of the case would affect the other aspects of the case. It was very helpful to sit down and talk about the case as a whole rather then each part alone. I appreciate the teamwork approach and loved the case management software.

I hired Spodek Law Group for an IDV case in Manhattan which has a criminal case component, and an a divorce. Everyone in the Manhattan office is really nice and available. I enjoyed the fact that I could access my file whenever I want online and that I could reach all of the staff members directly by... their cell phone. Everyone texts which was also great. The hourly rates are comparable with other similar firms. The firm tries a lot of cases throughout New York State so they have a good reputation and the results that matter. The hourly fees are commensurate with other similar firms however they charge a flat fee for trial dates which was also fairer.
