Nicholas is an associate at the employment law firm Working Solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Sciences from Penn State University, where he received Dean’s List Honors, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond, where he graduated cum laude from the John Marshall Scholars program. Nicholas is admitted to the New York Bar and New Jersey Bar. He is member of the NYC Bar Association and the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA) - New York.
