On Top of everything!!

Since the time we met Lina it was a good feeling about the support and job she was about to make with us during our first house purchase. And SHE DID IT! She was on top of every step, she pushed in a very good way to get things done and make the closing soon and smooth! Recommended 100%.

Stuck with us through the long haul

We were involved in a real estate purchase that just got more and more complex. One barrier after the other. One frustration after the other. Lina Stillman guided us the whole time, kept our spirits up, and got us the outcome we wanted! Would 1000% recommend!

My Family’s lawyer

Lina Stillman has been my family’s lawyer since she obtained her license. She has counseled and represented us in many legal manners such as immigration, my will and real estate. She represented me when I bought my house as well as my brother Edwin Castillo when he bought his apartment. She has revi...ewed or drafted many legal documents such as my will, my known donor contract, and a few publishing contracts for me. She also counseled my sister Fanny Castillo during naturalization process, I have personally known her for over 25 years. She is undoubtedly trustworthy, profesional and competent. Lina Stillman helped us get through a last-minute hold up before our closing and literally worked around the clock with us to get the necessary paperwork to close the sale. Her staff is amazing, knowledgeable and available when needed. I had a positive experience and will recommend to my family and f...riends. thank you for all your hard work!

Helpful Staff!!

Lina Franco and her staff were helpful and responsive to all our questions and concerns. It was our first time buying a home and she was with us every step of the way. When we found issues during the walkthrough, she arranged on our behalf and was tough when needed. Overall, it was a pleasant experie...nce!!
