I have contacted Mr. Marain a couple times over the years regarding a complicated expungement case. He and his staff have been informative and compassionate towards my case. They have never charged me due to the fact that my case was unwinnable until recently. The law has currently changed and Mr. Ma...rain took the time to provide me with the best course of action, which in this case didn't provide him with any compensation. He could have easily taken my case now on 2 previous occasions and charged me fees knowing the outcome would not be in my favor. I highly recommend Mr. Marain as he is honest and has integrity, which I have found isn't always the case in this field.

I went into inpatient at Princeton House about 2 years ago for anxiety and due to NJ law N.J. Stat. Ann. § 2C:58-3(e) I was forbidden from getting a permit despite the fact that I was never a danger to myself or anyone else. Attorney told me my options and referred me to a psychologist who would help... do a full scale forensic investigation into me and provide proof that I am good to get a permit. Attorney was very knowledgeable and very pro-2nd amendment. My psychiatrist disclosed he was opposed to writing me a certificate due to his political views despite the fact that I do not have criminal record or any history of self harm or harming others but I’m glad to be in touch now with professionals who operate with our humans rights that we have here in the USA like the 2nd amendment.
