I worked with Evan Picus during a very difficult time after my wife passed away. He had previously assisted with the deed to our home and had also drafted both our wills. As for post closing, they also provided a clear list of tasks for us to manage for the new home which was also very helpful. It was an enjoyable process. Their fees are extremely reasonable for the services that they provide. I will be using them once I sell my home, as well, as I wouldn't use anyone else. My sister used Evan too and was extremely pleased.
