I worked with Evan Picus during a very difficult time after my wife passed away. He had previously assisted with the deed to our home and had also drafted both our wills. We made an offer on a house which we anticipated would garner a lot of interest from other buyers. So, we needed to get our of attorney review as quickly as possible. We were out of attorney review essentially within 24 hours, which was quite an accomplishment. This was critical as other potential buyers started making offers above our agreed to price, so timing was of the essence. Evan and his team kept us up to date on all of the key dates. Also, whenever an issue came about from the seller's side, they explained the situation thoroughly and presented us with the options and offered their advice. This was helpful and ensured that we would continue to progress on schedule. The closing was the easisest that I have ever been a part of. They had everything ready to go for us to sign, explained each item whenever we had questions, and made efficient use of our time and theirs. As for post closing, they also provided a clear list of tasks for us to manage for the new home which was also very helpful. It was an enjoyable process. Their fees are extremely reasonable for the services that they provide. I will be using them once I sell my home, as well, as I wouldn't use anyone else. My sister used Evan too and was extremely pleased.
