He did over charge me. He has no patience to explain any situations in detail and treats the customer very bad.

By far, the worst experience I have had with an attorney or any other professional for that matter. Mr. Finkelstein was rude in nearly all of our conversations and I did not find him to be at all knowledgeable.
H. Aalsberg, Criminal defense Attorney
Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
Terry Finkelstein is probably one of the best lawyers in Country and I don't say this lightly. I first met Terry Finkelstein as the opposing attorney in a case I was handling nearly 20 years ago. I was impressed with his skill, his wit and his knowledge of the law. For the past 20 years I have been recommending clients to see him if they have a problem that he handles. I am personally shocked by the reviews on this site for Terry as my client that have used him have all told me that they were extremely happy with his work and prices and several have used him repeatedly.
