Biography
We have two goals in our practice. The first is to be a true “family practice” – to have the ability, in most situations, to serve the legal needs of our clients. Certainly, circumstances arise where clients require representation outside our expertise, and in such cases we have a wide network of colleagues with whom we can entrust the representation of our clients.
Our second goal is to do our best to insure that our clients are satisfied with our representation. We know that we can’t always give clients the answers they want to hear. But we strive to provide the right answers, anticipating that at the end of the process, most will realize that we truly had their best interests at heart.

Terrible communication
Evan was the buyers attorney along with his associate Heather. Very poor communication for a home closing. Did not return phone calls or emails from our attorney.

Replied last September 29, 2022Note that this review was left by the seller, and not by my client. People seem to think that real estate transactions are some big kumbaya around the campfire, holding hands and signing together all the way to the closing table. That's not how this works. These are adversarial business transactions, and if that means that I need to be uncommunicative for some period of time to protect the interests of my clients, then that is what I will do. My allegiance is to my clients and no one else, and in this particular case, my strategy worked exactly how I had planned. I was in very regular communication with MY clients, and they were very happy with my services.

Errors on closing.
If you want to have peace of mind on closing day-- look elsewhere. Poor communication, bad attitude, arrogance coupled with errors during closing. You get what you pay for.

Easiest closing ever
Evan, Heather, Tori and the team are the best at what they do. From start to finish, they were great to work with, highly knowledgeable and made the whole experience so much less stressful. The closing was quick and organized. Cannot recommend them enough!
