I worked with Evan Picus during a very difficult time after my wife passed away. He had previously assisted with the deed to our home and had also drafted both our wills. Evan and his team members, helped me close the deal for my new house. The lender tried to delayed the closing, but Evan and Nicole kept pushing them for closing and we were able to close right before new years.
