I contacted Mr. Advani to fight my traffic ticket which potentially could have gotten me 5 points on my license. Mr. Advani was very professional and explained me my options. Vikrant was an extremely helpful lawyer for my case. On the day of court I told him I wanted my 4 point speeding ticket to be reduced to a 0 point ticket. And I got what i wanted and I didn't even spend a long time in court. After I paid my court fees at the window he went the extra mile to explai...n how I should scan my receipt of the court fees I paid and the summons so in case anything happened (for example: the system crashing) I would have proof that I paid my court fees in full. He also drafted a narrative of what happened to me in court for my records in case I would need to refer to it later on. Vikrant was an awesome lawyer because of his low rates, looking out for what the client wants, trying to attain that for the client with a high success rate, getting the client through court as efficiently as possible and going the extra mile by taking extra time to explain things regarding the court system.

I got ticket for driving 88 in a 65 mph zone and failure to keep right. I was looking at the total fine of around $380 and since I hold a SC license, the points can be up to 6. I found Mr. Advani on Avvo, impressed by his exceptional ratings, and called him, his rate is very reasonable, and he is a v...ery nice, thorough person. He explained to me what is going to happen with my SC license, made suggestions. After I decided to retain him, he took over everything for me. Eventually he got me a deal on the court day, my 23 mph speeding got reduced to 9 mph speeding (2pts in SC). The failure to keep right got dismissed. Final fine was 149. To be honest I did not save any money if you consider the fine + attorney fee. But this is definitely very helpful as for my driving record and insurance situation. What really impressed me was, at the end of case, Mr. Advani explained everything to me thoroughly, he did not just left me to pay my fine, he suggested me what I can do to further make my driving record better, and avoid any trouble that could happen in the system.
