I consulted with and hired Vik after receiving a ticket from a car accident where the other party claimed injury. I had been in a similar situation 5 years ago so I was pretty worried to say the least. I hired Vik on positive recommendation of another friend of mine. I had never gotten into an accident before (driving for 12 years). He has good knowledge about municipal courts, how it operates and was able to quickly understand my case and told me what my options are and explained each options and guided me how to proceed with my case. Vik is very honest lawyer and always kept us abreast of the situation. He did all his homework in terms of getting police report, video of accident on DVD and was before time for court date. Our court date got postponed twice - once due to weather and once due to no-show. But Vik never showed frustra...tion or demanded more money. He is very good to work with and also makes the situation feel more optimistic for you.
