In the month of July 2018, I received two traffic tickets in the town of Bloomfield. One was for the speeding and the other one was for careless driving. Nonetheless, I was frightened as anyone would have since these tickets were total of 6 points, so thoughts about the future surcharge, penalties, i...nsurance premium hikes and such constantly ran into my mind 24 hours! I will be taking a safe driver course for about $35 to reduce those 2 points as well. Now, If I would have please guilty, I would be paying $200 in tickets plus $150 each year in MVC fine for the next three years plus 6 points on my license. I hired Vik after I received a tailgating ticket for an accident that occurred on the NJ Turnpike. It was a minor accident with no injuries and the officer was not on the scene, but he still gave me a tailgating ticket. He arranged for my court date to be rescheduled and kept in touch with me through email and text, which lets face it, that is the way to go. He explained all of my options and did not make any promises. When my court date was reschedule, at the request of the prosecutor, Vik met me at my next court date for no extra charge. Thankfully, Vik was able to knock the ticket down from tailgating to obstruction of traffic, which carried no points and only cost me $ 80 dollars. I highly recommend Vik if you need a lawyer who is direct, honest and does not send you all those post cards after you receive a ticket.

I had a speeding ticket and a failure to produce documents. He brought down the points on my ticket with a very minimal court fine (it could have been more than twice of what I paid) as well as waived the charge of failure to produce the document fee.
