He was extremely responsive – Mr. Advani called me within the hour and described in detail what I needed to do to manage my moving vehicle violation. Mr. Advani resolved my violation in court in a manner that did not result in any harm to my drivi...ng record. I was traveling back from NY to NC after a funeral and was going 22 over (87 in a 65)on the nj turnpike by a state trooper. Mr. Vikrant Advani was the first lawyer I called and last. Being a recent import from Texas, I was not used to the plethora of NJ state police on the highways. I racked up two sets of speeding tickets in a short span of two months. Not being aware of the point/ surcharge system in NJ I initially pled guilty to the first set of tickets and paid the fine wit...hout consulting a lawyer. I contacted Mr Advani after my second set of tickets.... I was angry, fuming while recounting my side of the story since I felt the cop was just being mean. He calmed me down and after going over the details he advised me to reopen my first case for potentially lesser points and fight the second ticket. He was able to negotiate successfully with the prosecutors in both courts ( Linden and Watchung) to lessen the number of points on my DL in the first case even after I had officially plead guilty and get me off with a small fine and no points in the second case. He advised me through the whole process, was readily available by phone, text and email for any questions, paperwork , documents etc. Actually the communication part was one of the best things as he was always available directly, and I didn’t have to go through a front desk or other intermediary when I needed advise. For someone not used to the American court system, he helped me navigate through the process and his professionalism alleviated all my anxiety and worry, and let me concentrate on my work/ professional life.
